•    Corporate Member refers to AI service providers, companies, or legal entities that have submitted tools or registered for growth services within our ecosystem.
•    Country refers to: Hong Kong
•    Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone, or a digital tablet.
•    Service refers to the Website and the professional growth services provided therein.
•    Terms and Conditions (also referred as “Terms”) mean these Terms and Conditions that form the entire agreement between You and the Association regarding the use of the Service.
•    Third-party Social Media Service means any services or content provided by a third-party that may be displayed, included, or made available by the Service.
•    Website refers to AIToolsAssociation.com.
•    You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

You represent that You are over the age of 18. The Association does not permit those under 18 to use the Service. Your use of the Service is also conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with the Privacy Policy of the Association.

3. DIRECTORY SUBMISSIONS AND CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP

3.1 No Endorsement of Third-Party Tools
The inclusion of any AI tool, company, or service on AIToolsAssociation.com - whether ranked, listed, or featured - does not constitute an endorsement, guarantee, or warranty of its safety, reliability, legality, or performance. While the Association performs a manual editorial review, we do not conduct technical security audits or verify the business practices of third-party providers. You acknowledge that any interaction with a listed tool is conducted at Your own risk.
 

By submitting a tool or company information to AIToolsAssociation.com, You grant the Association a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute the provided content for the purpose of discovery, ranking, and promotional growth.

The Association reserves the right to manually review, approve, reject, or delist any submission at its sole discretion to maintain the integrity and quality of the ecosystem. Corporate Members are responsible for ensuring all submitted data is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe upon the intellectual property of third parties.

4. LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES
Our Service contains links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Association.
The Association has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that the Association shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.
 

Third-Party Reliability
The Association does not monitor third-party tools for changes in safety or ownership after the initial review. We are not responsible for any viruses, malware, data breaches, or financial losses resulting from Your use of third-party websites or software discovered through our Service. It is Your sole responsibility to review the privacy policies and security protocols of any tool You choose to utilize.

5. TERMINATION
We may terminate or suspend Your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

As the Service is currently provided to You on a complimentary basis and without the collection of submission or membership fees, You acknowledge and agree that the Association shall have no financial liability to You for any reason whatsoever. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Your sole and exclusive remedy for any dissatisfaction with the Service, or any damages incurred in connection with the Service, is to discontinue Your use of the Website and its associated offerings.

6.2 Exclusion of Damages
In no event shall the Association, its Affiliates, or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data or other information, business interruption, loss of privacy, or any other commercial loss arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service.

6.3 Maximum Liability
In the event that a jurisdiction does not allow the total exclusion of liability but allows for a limitation of such liability, the Association’s total liability to You under any provision of these Terms shall not exceed $0.00 USD. This limitation applies even if the Association has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if the remedy fails of its essential purpose.

The Service is provided to You “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Association expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.

Without limiting the foregoing, neither the Association nor any of its providers makes any representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied: (i) as to the operation or availability of the Service; (ii) that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free; (iii) as to the accuracy or reliability of any information or rankings; or (iv) that the Service, its servers, or emails sent from the Association are free of viruses or malware.

The laws of the Country, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern these Terms and Your use of the Service. Your use of the Application may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.

9. DISPUTES RESOLUTION
